2. Composition/information on ingredients

A complex mixture of both natural and synthetic fragrance materials.

Decon Autoclave Deodoriser Capsules are amber coloured 1ml. gelatine capsules.

Non hazardous.
4. First-aid measures

In case of contact of the contents of the capsules with eyes, rinse immediately and repeatedly with plenty of clean, flowing water for at least 10 minutes, and seek immediate medical attention.

In case of contact of the contents of the capsules with skin, wash immediately with plenty of clean water or soap and water.
Wash repeatedly until no trace of odour is left on the skin.
Take care not to transfer from hands to eyes or mouth, and not to contaminate food.
Seek medical attention if there is persistent irritation.

If ingested, drink copious amounts of fresh water and seek immediate medical attention.
Do not promote vomiting.

In the event of excessive inhalation, remove the individual to fresh air, keep at rest and seek immediate medical attention.

5. Fire-fighting measures

Use carbon dioxide, vaporising liquid or dry powder extinguishers.
Do not use water extinguishers.
Avoid inhalation of smoke or fumes.

6. Accidental release measures

Dispose of in accordance with local authority guidelines.

7. Handling and storage

Avoid contact of the contents of the capsules with skin and eyes.
Keep away from food and drink.
Ensure that there is adequate air circulation in working areas.

Store the capsules in cool, dry conditions, out of direct sunlight, sealed in the container in which they are supplied, away from naked flame or other heat source, and away from food and drink.

Stored correctly, Decon Autoclave Deodoriser Capsules have a shelf-life of 1 year.

8. Exposure controls/personal protection

Wear eye protection and rubber gloves if handling the contents of the capsules.

Clothes may be protected with man-made fibre over-garments.
